Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using PosQuantum services ("Services"), including the Post-Quantum Security Layer (PQSL), PUCE Compression Engine, and any associated APIs, SDKs, or dashboards, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Services.
2. Description of Services
PosQuantum provides post-quantum cryptography and data compression solutions, including: (a) PQSL — quantum-safe cryptography SDKs for 12 programming languages; (b) PUCE — neural compression engine with post-quantum encryption; (c) Encrypted streaming, archive, and storage services; (d) APIs and management dashboards.
3. Accounts and API Keys
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your API keys and all activities conducted with them. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.
4. Plans and Payments
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. The free Trial lasts 14 days with a 100,000 request limit. Overages are automatically invoiced at the end of the billing cycle. Cancellations are effective at the end of the paid period.
5. Acceptable Use
You may not: (a) use the Services for illegal activities; (b) attempt to bypass licensing mechanisms; (c) redistribute, resell, or sublicense the SDKs without authorization; (d) reverse engineer proprietary algorithms; (e) deliberately exceed plan limits to avoid payment.
6. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the Services, SDKs, algorithms, and documentation remain with PosQuantum. The license granted is limited to use under the terms of the subscribed plan.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PosQuantum shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to amounts paid in the preceding 12 months.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal and the European Union. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lisbon, Portugal.
